jk3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct that jk3 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or jk3's regulatory standing. Upon termination for cause, jk3 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player following completion of any required compliance review, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your jk3 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
